Terms of Service

This Agreement is an official offer by ON.AI Business LLP (BIN: 210340009433), which operates the Website (hereinafter the "Company"), to any person intending to use the Website (hereinafter the "User").

TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

"Agreement Acceptance" — any actions related to the use of the Website confirming acceptance of the terms.
"Partner Company" — a legal entity with which the Company has reached mutual obligations agreements.
"User" — an individual who has reached the age of 18, acting on their own behalf or in the interests of a represented legal entity.
"Platform" — the set of software and information hosted at ooon.ai.
"Service" — software for automating client communications.
"on.ai / AI Assistant" — a virtual assistant based on artificial intelligence technologies.
"Personal Account" — the User's personal section for managing settings.
"Tariff" — the selected service package determining available functionality.

1∙ SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

1.1. The Company grants the User the right to use the Service under a simple (non-exclusive) license.

1.2. The functional capabilities of the Service are indicated on the website.

2∙ RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

2.1. The Company undertakes to:

Ensure the operability of the Service
Provide technical support
Ensure data preservation
Inform about maintenance work

2.2. The Company has the right to:

Engage partners for data processing
Make changes to functionality
Suspend access for violations
Use anonymized data

2.3. The User undertakes to:

Pay for services in a timely manner
Use the Service for its intended purpose
Not transfer access to third parties
Ensure client consent for data processing

2.4. The User has the right to:

Use features according to the tariff
Receive support
Manage settings
Discontinue use

3∙ COST AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

3.1. Current tariffs are indicated on the website.

3.2. Payment procedure:

Payment through payment systems or by bank transfer
Automatic renewal upon balance exhaustion or period expiration
Unused balance is not carried over

4∙ PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROCESSING

4.1. General Provisions

4.1.1. The Company processes Users' personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international data protection standards.

6∙ TERM AND TERMINATION

6.1. The Agreement remains in effect until:

Service refusal
Violation of terms
Discontinuation of the Service

6.2. Subscription cancellation procedure:

To cancel the subscription, the User must submit a request to the support service by email at nurbolat@ooon.ai or via WhatsApp at +7 700 024 15 44
Cancellation takes effect from the beginning of the next billing period
Upon cancellation, access to the Service is maintained until the end of the paid period
Unused funds for the current billing period are not refunded

All disputes are resolved through negotiations or in court at the Company's location in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
