At nine in the evening a fitness club is almost certainly open and a speech therapy center almost certainly is not: after 21:00, 83% of the first and 2% of the second are working, a fortyfold difference. "Open late" means different things depending on the category. We analyzed the schedules of 22,619 businesses in the twelve largest categories

The two columns behave independently. Barbershops and bathhouses are open both in the evening and on Sunday. Hair salons are open on Sunday almost everywhere, 96%, but in the evening only a quarter. Dance schools are the opposite: 42% in the evening, but only half on Sunday
If your workday ends at six, the categories fall into three groups
You can almost always go. Fitness, barbershop, bathhouse. Late evening here is the norm, not the exception
You can go, but your choice shrinks threefold. Brows, nails, massage, cosmetology, dance. From a third to a half of businesses are open in the evening, the rest close earlier
You will have to ask for time off. Dental clinic, psychologist, speech therapist. For speech therapists the evening is almost entirely closed: 2% is sixteen centers in the whole country
Beauty works on Sunday almost entirely: barbershops 99%, hair salons 96%, brows 95%, nails 93%. Medicine and education do not: dental clinics 41%, psychologists 45%, speech therapists 25%
The line runs between beauty and everything else. For beauty, Sunday is a working day, for medicine and education it is a day off. Our data does not show why: a schedule says when a business is open and says nothing about the reasons
The evening after nine is the least-filled shelf almost everywhere, except fitness and barbershops. A quarter of hair salons work in the evening, even though 96% are open on Sunday: they catch the client on the weekend and give away the weekday evening
Look at your row in the table. If your category is held in the evening by 20-30% of businesses and you are among them, this is worth writing in the listing as the first words
