How much does design cost per square meter?
Design of commercial buildings - approximately $12 to $15 per m². For facilities as a whole, the range is $7 to $20 per m²: the figure depends on area, number of floors, and scope of work. Construction is calculated separately, based on your project
Can you order just the project without construction?
Yes. But the design is carried out with consideration for the future implementation of the facility - this results in fewer reworks at the construction site
Do you calculate seismic resistance?
Yes. The calculation is carried out in LIRA CAD and manually, depending on the task. This is a mandatory part of the project: it determines how the building will behave during an earthquake
Do you work with commercial facilities?
This is our main focus: business centers, hotels, medical centers, sports complexes, cafes and restaurants. Among completed projects - BC 'Horizont' with 6500 m² and medical center with 1000 m²
How long does design take?
Timeframes depend on the area and complexity of the facility. To name a timeline, we need to look at the task: area, number of floors, and site
